GPS Match Replay Prototype

A sports-tracking product concept that turns raw GPS activity data into structured, point-by-point postgame review.

The problem
- Strava and GPS services are great for general activity tracking, but it does not explain the structure of point-based sports or help players review the flow of play.
The concept
- I built a prototype that converts GPS traces into a more sport-specific replay and review experience.
My role
- Product thinking, UX, frontend iteration, backend integration, testing.
Key product decisions:
- Why upload flow matters, why segment clarity matters, why visual clutter had to be reduced, why this could work across multiple sports.
Current status:
- Working local prototype; live deployment in progress.
Next steps:
- cloud deployment, better segment detection, cleaner mobile view, multi-user overlays, coach/player workflow.
