About
My name is Luke Struthers, and I'm a recent graduate of Hamilton College, where I studied Economics and Computer Science.
During my time on the Hill, I served as President of the Hamilton College Buffers a cappella group and played on both the varsity squash and Hamilton Hot Saucers ultimate frisbee teams. Professionally, I've interned with the engineering and business development teams at PocketSuite, a tech startup building an all-in-one platform for solo entrepreneurs — developing sales pipelines through Python automation and performing quality-assurance testing across iOS, Android, and desktop.
Much of my work is analytics-driven, and I'm a strong believer in analogous learning: drawing connections between fields to solve problems creatively.
Currently
Cyber Creation Ventures is a Palo Alto-based venture capital firm with deep roots in Silicon Valley — originally operating as the China fund of Kleiner Perkins, one of the most recognized names in early-stage technology investment. The firm now operates independently, managing ~$200M across a portfolio of AI and hardware companies at the frontier of the next compute cycle.
As AI Research Analyst, I own end-to-end research across the portfolio: building scoring frameworks and financial models that inform roadmap and investment decisions, conducting founder and customer interviews, and producing company briefs and competitive landscape analyses for stakeholder alignment and outreach. I also evaluate go-to-market strategy, product differentiation, and execution risk — partnering directly with firm leadership to align near-term priorities with long-term product strategy.
